HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No:18382 OF 2013 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents Nos.3 to 9 in conducting theory and practical examinations without considering the representation made by all the students of the 5th respondent as illegal and arbitrary, and to direct respondents Nos.1 and 2 to take action against respondents Nos.3 to 9 by re-conducting examinations for the course of M.D. Hospital Administration.
