THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34311 of 2014 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not taking any action upon his representation dated 03.09.2014. Relying on the written instructions dated 12.10.2015 furnished by the Inspector of Police, Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that Crime No.1375 of 2014 was registered on the file of the said police station under Sections 386, 389, 418, 420 & 464 I.P.C. read with Section 120B I.P.C. and that the investigation was on going in the said crime.

In the light of the said development, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
