THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE S.V.BHATT W RI T PETI TI ON No.4 2 7 0 1 of 2 0 1 6 ORDER:

Petitioners challenge the notice dated 26.11.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

2.

The notice, under challenge, it appears is issued in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.42689 of 2015. Further to make it appear as action is initiated against the petitioners, notice impugned in the writ petition is issued, after contempt case is filed by petitioners in WP.No.42689 of 2015. 3.

Having regard to the earlier orders and pendency of contempt case, I am of the view that the challenge to the notice dated 26.11.2016 is untenable. Petitioners have already given a reply. It is for the authorities to consider and take decision expeditiously. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
