This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in trying to evict the petitioner from Baddi shop situated in 18 x 18 sq.feet space and 10 x 8 width asbestos sheet shop situated between R & B Road and Compound wall of the A.P.S.R.T.C Bus Stand, Challapalli, Krishna District, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that respondents will follow due process of law before evicting the petitioners.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioner without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
