THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Writ Petition No.19651 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioners' grievance in this Writ Petition is that they have made a representation dt.14.08.2019 to 1st respondent for issuance of new pattadar pass books and title deeds and extending benefits under the Rythu Bandhu Scheme, and that the 1st respondent is not disposing of the said representation.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3, states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the said representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
