CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.17133 of 2018 Dt: 19.06.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor daughter by name Asta Khatoon @ Ayesha Parveen @ Ayesha Shaik (for short 'the alleged detenue'), before this Court and set her free. A detailed counter-affidavit has been filed by respondent No.4 wherein he has stated that the alleged detenue has informed the team of Police, which visited Bihar, that she has married her lover- Prakesh Kumar Bharati on 05-02-2018 and that she is living voluntarily with him.
Mr.T.C.K.Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the alleged detenue has returned home today morning and that presently, she is with the petitioner.
In the light of this subsequent event, as submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
