The instant Application has been taken out to i) order notice to the respondents and ii) direct the respondents to deliver the possession of the assets, effects, books and records of the company (in Prov. Liqn.) forthwith to the Official Liquidator. In the light of the judgment dated 24.04.2018 in O.S.A. No. 30 of 2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court, setting aside the order of the learned Company Judge to the extent of appointing the Provisional Liquidator, this Company Application is dismissed.
