Ms. G. Sudha, learned standing counsel for respondent No.2, submits that the respondent organisations are no longer in existence and the petitioner being a contract labourer may not have been in their service.

In view of the above submission of learned standing counsel for respondent No.2, it appears that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with the liberty to the petitioner to seek recall of this order, if the above submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is found to be incorrect.
