Mr.K.Sai Krishna Mohan Rao, after arguing the writ petition for some time and realizing that the substantive prayer made in the representation is for cancellation of sale deed and such prayer can be considered and granted only by competent civil Court, does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to work out remedies before the Court having jurisdiction. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
