Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and Sri D.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
2. Petitioners are aggrieved by the proposed action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in altering the Master Plan by widening the existing road in Sy.No.809 of Nowluru Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District with another road across Sy.Nos.799, 800, 810 and 200 of Nowluru and Yerrabalem villages of Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District. 3.
Petitioner had filed objections dt.07-03-2016 and 31-05-2016 before the 2nd respondent objecting to the proposed change, and contends that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Sri D.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said objections within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the objections of petitioner dt.07-03-2016 and 31-05-2016 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No costs. 6.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
