When this matter was taken up, the learned Counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
