THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2084 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner is against the illegal and unauthorised constructions allegedly carried on by the 3rd respondent. Though the petitioner along with the other residents has submitted the representations dated 21.12.2016 and 31.12.2016 to Respondents 1 and 2 seeking appropriate action, the same have not been considered so far. Hence, this Writ Petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri B. Nalin Kumar. Learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Sri P. Keshav Rao submits that the representations of the petitioner will be considered and the allegations made therein, if, are proved true, necessary action will be initiated against the 3rd respondent in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representations of the petitioner within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass necessary orders thereon. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
