This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to release TATA ACE Auto bearing No. AP 20 TB 1801, which was seized in P.R.No.706 of 2014-2015 by the Prohibition and Excise P.S., Khammam District. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submitted that the vehicle bearing No. AP 20 TB 1801 seized in P.R.No.706 of 2014-2015 was already released and hence, the instant petition has became infructuous and hence, the petition may be dismissed.

In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
