No. 1259 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned Government Pleader for Services (A.P.) appearing on behalf of the respondent has furnished a Memo No.12021/ 45/ ESTT.A1/ 2017-6, dated 04.07.2018 issued by the respondent and submits that the order dated 13.06.2017 in W.P.No. 5521 of 2017 passed by this Court has been complied with.

In view of the above submission, the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
