HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition Nos.5428, 5430,5446 and 5504 of 2018 COMMON ORDER :

The Criminal Petition No.5504 of 2018 is filed by the petitioner who is accused in Cr.No.295 of 2017 dt.02.09.2017, the CrlP No.5430 of 2018 is filed by the petitioner who is accused in Cr.No.131 of 2017 dt.28.04.2017 and the CrlP Nos.5446 of 2018 and 5428 of 2018 are filed by the respective petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 in Cr.No.410 of 2017 dt.14.11.2017 and all are of the same SHO, Pathipadu Police Station, registered for the same offence punishable u/ sec.7(A) r/ w 8(e) of A.P. Prohibition & Excise Act, Heard the learned counsel for the respective petitioners in all the Criminal Petitions and also heard the learned Public Prosecutor representing State and perused the averments in respective bail applications, First Information Reports and panchanamas. Taking into consideration of the propensity of the crimes supra, the respective petitioners are not entitled to the concession of the anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the above, these Criminal Petitions are dismissed. Needless to say in the event of arrest of respective petitioners is required, the police to strictly follow Section 41-A CrPC as per the guidelines in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar1. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
