This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 06.12.2012, passed in I.A.No.85 of 2012 in O.P.No.69 of 2011 by the Senior Civil Judge, Jagtial, wherein, maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month was awarded from the date of petition till the disposal of O.P.No.69 of 2011 with costs. As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, the original petition was disposed of on 20.12.2013 by the trial Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
