HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 3756 OF 2013 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is that the 3rd respondent is attempting to remove the iron bars placed in the southern and northern sides of the revenue colony roads in Kurnool town meant for prohibiting heavy vehicles through the colony without any right.

At the hearing, Sri Ch. Srinivas, learned Standing counsel for the 3rd respondent, submits that no such attempt is being made by the 3rd respondent market committee.

Learned counsel for the petitioner requests this Court to close the writ petition by recording the above said submission. Recording the submission of the learned Standing counsel the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
