THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2005 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 27.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.4886 of 2014 in O.S.No.55 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo seeking permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to workout his remedies in accordance with law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
