THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.41875 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in disconnecting the power connection and obstructing the basic amenities at Shilaramam Night Bazar as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that purpose of filing of the present writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
