THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.38131 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner-society assails the action of the excise authorities in not allowing it to run the Toddy Shop, Uppal Kalan Shop No.II against its licence dated 22.01.2014.

The Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Saroornagar Division, Ranga Reddy District, furnished written instructions dated 26.11.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Excise, wherein he stated that no orders had been passed in respect of Toddy Shop No.II, Uppal Kalan, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and therefore the question of closing down the said shop did not arise. The aforestated stand of the excise authorities is duly taken on record. In the light thereof, no adjudication is warranted in this writ petition and it is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
