This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the docket orders dated 03.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.676 of 2016 in O.S.No.121 of 2014 on the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Hindupur. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
