HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.1991 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision is filed against the order, dated 13.08.2015 passed in Crl.M.P. No.625 of 2014 in M.C.No.166 of 2014 by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Court, Hyderabad. Respondent Nos.1 to filed the above application viz., Crl.M.P.No.625 of 2014 invoking the provisions under Section 125 Cr.P.C. claiming interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.20,000/- per month in favour of Respondent No.1 and at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month each to Respondents Nos.2 to 5 on the ground that the petitioner neglected to look after them. The Court below while denying the interim maintenance to the Respondent No.1, granted interim maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month each in favour of Respondent Nos.2 to 5. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present revision.

Heard and perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of

the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of modifying the order under revision as follows: The petitioner is directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.1,500/- per month each to Respondent Nos.2 to 5 from the date of the above Crl.M.P. and he is also directed to pay the maintenance at the same rate on or before 10th of every succeeding month. The petitioner is directed to pay 1/4th of the arrears of maintenance on or before 20-10-2015. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the M.C. as expeditiously as possible, more preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, without being influenced by this order and the order under revision.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision are closed. ______________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Dated: 15.09.2015 skmr
