HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos. 17620 and 18994 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

These two Writ Petitions are being disposed of by this common order as they relate to the employment of the petitioners who are seeking promotion to the cadre of Assistant Accounts Officers in accordance with APSEB Service Regulations. In respect of Writ Petition No. 17620 of 2016 is concerned, it is submitted that the petitioner herein has submitted a representation on 31.05.2016 for considering his case by citing the earlier representation dated 18.03.2016.

In respect of Writ Petition No. 18994 of 2016 is concerned, it is submitted that the petitioner herein has not submitted any representation.

After hearing the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of both the Writ petitions directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the case of petitioners for their promotion to the posts of Assistant Accounts Officer if they are otherwise qualified and eligible and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petitions shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
