O R D E R

A lunch motion was moved in W.P.M.P.No.36947 of 2015 filed in this writ petition. By the said WPMP, the petitioners sought a direction to the respondent authorities to declare the results of the first year examinations of D.El.Ed./D.Ed. course and to receive

the examination fee of second year D.El.Ed./D.Ed. course. However, learned Government Pleader for Education fairly conceded before this Court that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court passed in W.P.No.25381 of 2015.

A copy of the order dated 02.12.2015 passed in the said writ petition is placed on record.

For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to make an application to the Director of Government Examinations, Hyderabad, respondent No.4, pointing out the necessary facts and claim parity with the 111 colleges covered by the proceedings dated 22.11.2015 issued by the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Upon due consideration of the claim put forth by the petitioners, the Director of Government Examinations shall pass appropriate reasoned orders in the matter. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
