ORDER

This writ petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondents to extend UGC Pay Scales of 2006 to the petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that after filing the writ petition, the said UGC Pay Scales were extended to the petitioners on 18.4.2015 and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
