THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T. AMARNATH GOUD C.C.No.729 of 2017 ORDER:

(Per SK,J) This Contempt Case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 22.07.2013 passed in WPMP No.26373 OF 2013 in W.P.No.21551 of 2013.

While so, it is now brought to our notice by Sri M. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services - I, State of Telangana, that the main Writ Petition, viz., W.P.No.21551 of 2013 itself came to be dismissed as withdrawn on 22.7.2019.

In the light of this development, we are of the opinion that no cause is made out to interfere in this case in exercise of contempt jurisdiction.

The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs. No order as to costs. ----------------------- SANJAY KUMAR, J.
