THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 19987 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, in not taking action on petitioner's complaint/representation dated 16.08.2019 for providing protection to the petitioner company for erecting cellular tower at plot No.231 part and 195, Survey Nos.996 to 1001, H.No.14-20676/231 situated at Vivekananda Nagar Colony, Kukatpally Village, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court disposed of similar Writ Petition, being W.P.No.14941 of 2016, on 28.04.2016 with the direction to the Station House Officer concerned to dispose of the representation of the petitioner therein.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home does not dispute the same.

Since the complaint/representation stated to have been filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the 2nd respondent to

CKR, J W.P.No.19987 of 2019 take appropriate action in the matter pursuant to the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 16.08.2019 in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than, two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of.
