ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 03.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7009 of 2019.

None appeared for the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation reported that in pursuance of the order dated 03.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7009 of 2019, the respondentCorporation issued proceedings dated 17.5.2019 stating that the respondents would consider the cases of the petitioners as and when their turn would come as per the seniority. In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
