Petition under Section 482 oI Cr.P .C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to quash the FIR No. 129 o'f 2021 ,Dl. 1310812021, U/SEC. 290, 506 of IPC and 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2) (V) (a) of SC ST POA Act at PS Sarangapur. l.A. NO: 2 OF 2022 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in FIR No. 129 of 2021 , Dt.13t08t2021, U/SEC. 290, 506 of IPC and 3(1)(0(s) and 3(2) (V) (a) of SC ST POA Act at PS Sarangapur against the Petitioner herein pending disposal of the Crl. Petition.

( THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5253 OF 2022 ORDER:- 1.

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in Crime No. 129 of 2O2l of Sarangapur Police Station, Jagtial District.

No representation on petitioner's side on call. 3.

Learned Assistant Public 'Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that charge sheet is laid and therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh petition in case the cause sunrives.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
