THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH CONTEMPT CASE No.1485 of 2025 ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the action of the respondents in willful violation of the order dated 19.O9.2024 in W.P.No.25783 of 2024, wherein this Court ;
has directed the respondent Nos.2 to 4 therein to consider the representations frled by the petitioner dated 16.Oa.2O21 ald 20.08.2O25 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within four (4) weeks from ihe date of the receipt of copy of that order.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner ald learned Standing Counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record.

that in compliance of the order dated 19.09.2024 passed t by this Court in W.P.No.25783 of 2024, the District
Panchayat Oflicer, Jagtial after conducting enquiry has passed order dated 01.10.2025 vide Lr.No.A2/218O/2O25-P, thereby, the cause does not survive for further adjudication and no further orders required to be passed in this contempt case.

In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, this contempt case is closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the letter issued by the District Palchayat Officer, Jagtial dated 01.10.2025 in appropriate proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
