THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.3155 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: " Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner as his name was not mentioned in the complaint and no allegation at anywhere in Crime No.130 of 2012 of Munugode Police Station, Nalgonda District, in order to arrest the petitioner by declaring respondent No.2 harassment on the petitioner is illegal, injustice and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India".

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that Crime No.130 of 2012 on the file of Munugode Police Station, Nalgonda District, was closed as civil in nature.

The statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand disposed of.
