I have perused the prayer made in the writ petition and the order dated 17-08-2009. Having regard to the nature of prayer and the interim order that was granted on 17-08-2009, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and, hence, no one is coming forward to work it out on merits.
