HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24026 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to continue as Field Assistant under the jurisdiction of the 1st respondent on the ground that the 1st respondent issued proceedings vide Rc.No.A7/66/HR/ 2017, dated 16.02.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned Government Pleader for Services-I that final orders are passed by the 1st respondent herein vide Rc.No.A7/66/HR Cell/2015 dated 01.08.2017 reinstating the petitioner into service. The same is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
