HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 11543 OF 2008 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in trying to dispossess the petitioners 1 to 3 being cultivating tenants of 4th respondent with respect to dry land measuring Ac.0.98 1⁄2 cents, Ac.0.99 1⁄4 cents and Ac.1.00 cents respectively in R.S.No.250 situated at Velugubanda village, Rajanagaram Mandal, East Godavari District, pending consideration of statutory appeals before the 1st respondent, as arbitrary, illegal, violative of principles of natural justice and for a consequential order to direct the respondents 2 & 3 not to interfere with the petitioners peaceful possession of schedule land as cultivating tenants of the 4th respondent.

When the matter came up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioners submits that the statutory appeals filed before by the 1st respondent were allowed in favour of the petitioners and that, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.

In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. 4.
