This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not continuing the petitioner as Computer Operator at Electricity Customer Service Centre, Haliya village, Anumula Mandal, Nalgonda District under the control of respondents Nos.2 to 4, with a view to engage a new candidate of the choice of respondent No.3, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct respondents Nos.2 to 5 to continue the petitioner as a Computer Operator at Electricity Customer Service Centre, Haliya village, Anumula Mandal, Nalgonda District.

Heard Sri Chandraiah Sunkara, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned standing counsel for the respondents has reported that the petitioner is being continued.

In view of the above submission, made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
