THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.16335 of 2015 ORDER :

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of residential Plot No.1 admeasuring 156 Square Yards, Block No.17, in Survey No.8, Kodangal Village and Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. The petitioner applied for building permission, which was granted on 12.06.2013. However, on a complaint lodged by the aggrieved persons, the said building permission was cancelled and liberty was granted to the petitioner to apply building permission afresh. In terms thereof petitioner has submitted an application on 24.11.2014 for granting permission. But so far no orders are passed

on the said application.

3. Having regard to the fact that the building permission application is pending, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the application for building permission, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
