Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the in-action on the part of the 2nd respondent in settling and payment of amounts incurred towards remuneration to the petitioner for conduct of SDLCE annual examinations, more particularly in the light of the letter dated 02-05-2019 addressed by the 3rd respondent for sanction, and till now no orders are passed.
3. In the circumstances, suffice it direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation made in that behalf by the petitioner and pass orders thereon in accordance with law not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
