The Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam (TTD) demolished the said hut granting liberty to the parents of the petitioner to make an application for allotment of house site at Tirupathi. Several applications were made to the District Collector, Chittoor, as well as to the Tahsildar, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District. But the same were not acted upon for a long time. However, the Tahsildar issued patta in Sy.No.259/3, of Venkatapathinagar, Pudipatla Post, Tirupathi Rural Mandal and since 1980 the entire family is living in the hut constructed in the said plot and house No.3-233 was allotted. Ration card and aadhar cards were also issued on the same property. However, in the year 1985 the TTD laid a road and in that process destroyed the said hut and gave an assurance for provision of alternative house site patta. Inspite of several requests made, so far the same is not acted upon and house site patta is not granted.
