HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.28367 of 2017 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent No.2, in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner against respondent Nos.3 to 5, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home (TS), on instructions, would submit that FIR No.565 of 2017 was registered on 24.08.2017 on the file of Alwal Police Station, Secunderabad, against respondent Nos.3 to 5 for offences under Sections 504 and 506 IPC.

Since the complaint has now been registered, the respondent No.2 shall cause investigation forthwith, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.
