THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.7213 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard Ms.B.Rajani holding for Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents 1 to 5.

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 4 and 5 in repeatedly calling the petitioner to police station and pressurizing the petitioner to accept the terms of 6th respondent for withdrawing the report in FIR No.73 of 2012 on the file of 5th respondent as illegal and unconstitutional.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that respondents 3 to 5 either on 20-08-2012 or any other date called the petitioner and her husband to police station and respondents never interfered with the life and liberty of petitioner at any point of time.

Ms.B.Rajani requests the Court to place the above statement on record and dispose of the writ petition, for it would suffice that the respondents without recourse to law will not interfere in personal liberty or civil dispute.

The statement of learned Government Pleader together with written instructions dated 15-03-2013 is placed on record. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 20-04-2017 Prv
