When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim order passed by this court, there is no mining activity in and around the notified site of Jambu Dweepa Chakra situated at Konakondla village, Vajrakarur Mandal of Ananthapur district and no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

2. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
