Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the building application of the petitioner herein is under process before the GHMC and appropriate orders would be passed within two weeks. The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to pass appropriate orders on the building application, dated 05.06.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
