Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The grievance of the petitioner is about non-disposal of the Revision filed by him before respondent No.2-Joint Collector, Suryapet on 04.04.2018.

Considering the nature of relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to dispose of the Revision filed by the petitioner, by following due process of law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
