In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not considering the application dated 30.01.2016 for regularization of his plot bearing No.764 in Survey No.435/A of Maruthiram Real Estates, Bhavani Nagar, Vinayaknagar, Nizamabad.

Today, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 placed before this Court the proceedings, dated 12.10.2017, issued by the respondent No.3 rejecting the application of the petitioner. In view of the above, leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedies in accordance with law, the writ petition is closed.
