THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7324 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash F.I.R.No.75 of 2014 on the file of Marriguda Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 365 of I.P.C.

No interim order was granted by this Court in this Criminal Petition. However, after investigation, the police filed the final report stating that the complaint is one of "mistake of fact". In that view of the matter, no orders need be passed in this Criminal Petition, which has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
