THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 1565 of 2014 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders dated 04.04.2014 passed by this Court in WPMP No.12988 of 2014 in WP No.10338 of 2014.

Learned standing counsel for the respondent University states that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, the ViceChancellor ordered for anti-plagiarism of the thesis of the petitioner. As the report reveals that there is 42% similarity index which indicates revision of the thesis, the petitioner was asked to submit fresh thesis, but he did not submit the same. He further states that the University will undertake to complete the evaluation process of the thesis of the petitioner on receipt of revised soft copy of the thesis from him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that today, the petitioner has submitted fresh thesis.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
