This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order, dated 29-02-2016, passed in I.A.No.2856 of 2015 in O.S.No.621 of 2007, wherein the Court below dismissed the application filed by the petitioner under Section 151 C.P.C. seeking to reopen the suit to adduce the evidence of the first defendant.

In view dismissal of CRP.No.2010 of 2016, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed for the same reasons. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
