HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.17128 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 and 3 in giving threat to the petitioner on the influence of respondents 4 and 5 without having any transaction between the petitioner and respondent No.4 and without registering any crime as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that no crime is registered against the petitioner as on date and the petitioner was never called to the police station and there is no threat given to him by the police.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
