THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.19733 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of respondent No.2 in issuing the impugned Shortfall Intimation Letter dated 28.07.2019 vide File No.3006/19115/W44/2019 basing on a Draft Master Plan as illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of the Telangana Municipal Corporations Act, 1994 and consequently direct the Respondents to grant the building permission to the Petitioner by setting aside the Shortfall Intimation Letter dated 28.07.2019 vide File No.3006/19115/W44/2019 in the interest of justice." When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 11.04.2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.10465 of 2014.

Learned Standing Counsel for Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 does not dispute the aforesaid submission.

CKR, J W.P.No.19733 of 2019 In those circumstances, following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.

Office to annex a copy of the order dated 11.04.2014 in Writ Petition No.10465 of 2014 to this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
