The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and the cause in the Revision does not survive for further adjudication.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Revision is, therefore, dismissed, as having become infructuous, at the admission stage, but however, without costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand dismissed.
